Highly energetic and dynamic, Judith Tait is a keynote speaker, workshop leader, a police officer and founder of a successful, six-figure side hustle who is an expert on productivity and business creation. Her goal is to help those trapped in their 9-5 job take their side-hustle to a six-figure business and have the life they have always dreamed of.

With her four-step productivity formula, your audience members will learn how to leave behind overwhelm and burnout and create the time and energy they need to build the life they want.

Now Judith has found a new passion for coaching other women in their business ventures so that she can educate, inspire and mentor business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs on their path to success.

How to Work ON your Business, Rather than IN it

This topic will discuss how business owners can create effective business systems, which will have them working on their business, rather than in it, thereby creating the time and money freedom they desire.

Your audience will learn:

  • Developing efficient business systems – Participants will learn about the importance of implementing business systems that will help to generate revenue, solve problems, and that will save them time, money, and stress.

  • Building a team – Participants will learn how to transition from DOING to LEADING by building a team, which will enable them to delegate responsibilities, step back from day-to-day operations, and focus more on revenue generating activities.

  • Effectively using the “extra” time – Now that you have implemented efficient business systems and have built a power-house team, what can you do with this “extra” time? We will explore ideas and activities that will have you working ON your business rather than IN it.

The Courage to be You

In a society where there is so much pressure to conform and fall in line,  the courage to be who you are and to be true to yourself will come with many risks, challenges and fears. To remain an individual, do not be afraid to stand out and be different. Do not be afraid to go against the grain regardless of what it will cost you. Most of all, do not be afraid to speak your truth. Regardless of where you are in life or your present circumstances, look deep within to find the courage to be you.
